A local family has generously offered WBDC the use of their property for West Broadway residents to community garden for two years: 2009 & 2010.

Plots were built offering apartment dwellers, an opportunity to plant vegetables in a space larger than a fire escape! Water is accessed at two rain barrels onsite.
